Bed very comfortable room still needed some finishing touches I.e. where some things had been replaced paint filler & touch ups needed, mold around tub caulking. Continental breakfast was very nice

It was a very nice place. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool and it was clean and I felt very safe.

I had infested ants in my room, on my beds. Bathroom everywhere. Very uncomfortable. Customer service didn’t help right away had to wait the very next day for another room. Had to speak to several different staff to just get another room. Unacceptable
