This resort is the worst one I have stayed in the north coast of Jamaica.The units on this property are individually owned and rented via a management company. Some of the units like Unit C3 seemed to be in good working order. The unit I was assigned(A1) was not fit to be leased. The bathroom toilets did not flush, one of the the toilet discharge lines was leaking onto the bathroom floor, the sliding glass door could not be closed, the window in the master bedroom could not be closed, the floor tiles in one bedroom were cracked(with sharp edges) and loose, there were missing tiles in both bathrooms, kitchen, dead flies around the unit (stopped counting after 15), water heater in room closet was moldy and had a minor leak.

Dear DK, I am a bit confused by your review as this description does not fit the unit you have described. Sea Palms is not a hotel but a strata property/gated community with individual home owners. Apartment A1 is currently undergoing renovations by the home owner who intends to live within. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and discomfort during your stay. We also thank you for the review as these will help us to improve on the standard of our units.
