The location is 5 minutes walking to shopping, medical services, and at a public bus stop. The facilities were perfect for us in meeting the above needs. The staff were very helpful with adjustments to check-in, check-out times. They also offer reduced rates to support guests with medical trips to the area. Our stay was during winter, and the indoor pool, hot-tub, dry sauna were also clean and ready for us to soak away the days travel stress. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Liked everything. The only thing disappointing was that they had a special rate for people ( me ) that are there because they have someone in the hospital 4 minutes away...but your rates are considerably higher. Unfortunately, because I booked with you ( Expedia ) they could not offer those rates. Can you adjust ?
