Hotel staff was great and breakfast was great too. The actual room was okay, however there were drug deals going on in the room above us with people in and out all night! Did not feel safe at all!

There was trash littered around area, not to mention the smell as soon as we walked in. Stains all over the bed sheets and comforter, gum stuck to the head board. As soon as we came in and noticed all this we checked for bed bugs. Thankfully there were none, but overall I give it a 2 out of 10

So i stayed in 141 the electric covers were missing the sliding glass doors were off track the wind you coukd hear blow through the craks, paint chipping off the walls holes in the curtains no room service so they did not clean the room the whole time. Hsd to ask for clean towls and being told i only have 2 there will be more tomorrow. Someone on the second floor was dragging something across the floor several times a day called the desk was told i will ask them not to jump i said there is no one jumping there dragging something oh well and last 1 bar on the internet had to try and reconnect 15 to 20 times a day.

The guy that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I was not happy I had to pay an additional $100 deposit on the room but I got it back. Trying to check out on the other hand was terrible. The night staff was fast asleep in the lobby and didn’t wake up till my husband kicked on the door frame three times and then he seemed like he was on drugs or something because he acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. He couldn’t give us our deposit back so I had to take my son to the hospital have his procedure done and then drive all the way back to the hotel to get my deposit. The bed was hard as a rock and we all slept terrible. The hallway smelled weird and smelled like smoke. The room was clean though so that was a plus. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
