The toilet was broken, the air did not work. Even after we switched rooms the air did not work and the light in the bathroom was broken.

Had to wait several minutes to be checked in. Person was not at the front desk. Lobby and halls were dirty. Might be time for some renovations.

Upon checkin i was told that due to my making reservation thru a third party my Wyndham points would not be considered. I questioned this because in past i have had no problem accumulating over 100,000 points using that method. This is the second time my family attempted to take young grandchildren to a location with an indoor pool. Both attempts were failures because of a pump failed and this time the pool had been over treated and was closed when we went to swim. Had some very disappointed children.

The location, when using gps is very miss leading. Typed in the address on gps, and it kept taking us down frontage road that was a dead end. Finally called to get directions to hotel. Front desk lady was very very helpful in giving us directions.
