Our bed seemed to be broken because it was extremely squeaky. The sheets had stains on them. The shower water pressure was awful if you have long hair. And they promoted they had a hot tub but their was no hot tub. As well as the continental breakfast was awful. The staff was rude and it was an overall bad stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice hotel good location

Pros: The room were big and nicely decorated.Tv's did not work well in sitting area.
Cons: Staff could be friendlier.
Location: Good location lots of places to eat and shop.
Most of staff was not very friendly. Jordan and the server in the breakfast area was great! One staff person in particular I passed every morning cleaning the check in area she never spoke once in three days.

Great Hotel at a Very Good Price

Pros: The staff and accommodations
Cons: Key card reader to room 217
Location: There is a world-class zoo, gardens, go-karts, and many parks to visit. Everything is approximately 30 minutes away from this location.
We have now stayed at two different BWs since March 2017, they have apparently stepped up their game as this particular BW was simply impressive. From the outside this BW is very appealing and inviting to the eyes. Inside you can tell that the building was recently built or remodeled. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular but it was certainly functional and filling. The help was friendly and did s great job of keeping everything full and ready. The staff, everyone, was super friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. Another bonus was discovering that the facility not only had a pool but a jacuzzi as well. We made full use of it.

Issues with changes

Pros: Breakfast sausage.
Cons: Management / communication with travelocity.
Location: There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance.
I admit that I booked incorrect dates, but then I did everything I was supposed to. I called the hotel directly and had the dates changed. They told me to call travelocity to change the dates online. I did so. They talked to the manager while putting me on hold and assured me that everything was taken care of. Then 5 minutes after I checked in I was told by the manager that I needed to call travelocity again to allow him to charge my card. 20 minutes of phone juggling later, travelocity just told him to charge me after midnight, which he could have figured out without my help. I'm not sure who was at fault here, travelocity or the management. The room was fine. We had a "handicap accessible" room. The shower head was on a slide and slid right off the track. Other than that everything was as expected. It is a little difficult to get to via navigation. It can't keep up with the little streets you need to turn into. Get an idea of how to get in before you get close. The free breakfast was the best of this trip.

Best Western Old Mill Inn

Cons: Re-do the bathroom walls & have someone upfront at all times. We waited 20 minutes to check-in.
Overall it was a good experience. Check-in time took about 20 minutes because nobody was at the front desk so that wait was kind of irritating but he was more than accommodating when he finally showed up. We were in room 102 (first floor at the very end of the hall). The beds were comfortable and the room was in pretty good shape. The bathroom walls could use some work but it was clean and that's what mattered to us. The A/C worked great. The decor was modern. We couldn't hear our neighbors. The room had a coffee maker, fridge, & microwave. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. There's vending machines (they take cards) in the hall & an ice maker. There's a free breakfast that included pastries, yogurt, hot & cold cereal, biscuits & gravy, sausage, juice, & coffee. It was okay & did the job but it's free so I can't complain. I'd definitely stay here again. We had two small children & two adults.

We left and went to a different hotel halfway through our trip. We did not have housekeeping and when we spoke with the person at the front desk he was very rude to us. I would not recommend this hotel. Also difficult to find and the pool is small and dated.
