I was a little worried after I read all the reviews on line , I went ahead and gave it a shot !! And it was great ! It was clean it was quiet !!! So close to Disney!! Rooms were sooo big !!! Loved it we loved it !!! Will def stay again next time !!!

I have always stayed here, it’s so convenient and the family rooms are so great especially with kids but… this time apparently we were staying in the “old” rooms and it did not smell good at all it smelled like sewer they came in and tried to spray stuff and offered to maybe move us but we wanted to stay near our kids room. Anyways, I hope they update this as I do like the hotel. But with not updating that smell I couldn’t stay again.

Great staff just bad place
Staff were great. No issues there. Just an overall odor in the room that we couldn’t figure out. The lobby smells like cheap perfume. Like I said staff were great just overall not the best place to stay. Especially when the rooms next door are all doing adult activities and can clearly hear through the walls.

Hotel exterior and grounds are nicely kept up and are beautiful. Although, rooms are kept fairly clean, room condition is dated, dingy, and unappealing. Couch bed was broken and needs repair. Bed was not comfortable. For me to return again, the rooms need a remodel. Pool and hot tub were great to hangout in! Hotel was within walking distance from Disneyland and California Adventure. Downside, hotel does not offer breakfast, which adds up when staying there for a week. Wish it offered something for the guests.
