Hotel was very dirty and smelled like smoke. Our entry door was broken and would not shut properly and upon leaving front staff was not friendly. No ice machines or breakfast. Will not stay at this location again.

It is advertised with a kitchen that is not stocked with anything unless you call the desk and ask for it. No coffee pot. Not even a few glasses and ice bucket. The continental breakfast consists of coffee, hot cocoa packets or tea bags (no other drink choices ie orange juice or milk. Good: granola bar, oatmeal packet, prepackaged muffin. No cereal, pastries or fruit. The room had the flattest pillows I have ever seen. I could not get hot water from the bathroom sink and only lukewarm from the shower. It doesn’t appear that they have mopped the elevators for a while. The check in person was not friendly. Didn’t offer any property info (such as breakfast or vending machine info) or ask if we needed any area info. Will not stay here again.

We were told the hotel had been overbooked and our reservation was moved to another Extended Stay location, which was much further away from Disneyland. We were told this happens a lot when you book on line through services such as Travelocity.

The location was good and while it wasn't bad, we walked in to the smell of marijuana and both the rooms we got had sort of a funky smell in general (smoke I think). I know you probably can't tell who is smelling marijuana in what room but they should try to track it down because the smell of skunk is not pleasant. Staff was nice... room was a little dirty though (used Q-tip under the bed, etc.).
