My only complaint is, we specifically wanted a room with a fireplace, and our room was the only one on the entire property that had an out of order fireplace. It was our top criteria when booking, so that was a huge disappointment. We didn’t find out until we read on our check in paper on top corner once in our room. It wasn’t even verbalized to us at check in. The huge windows in front room do not open, so that was also a disappointment since we couldn’t get the fresh ocean breeze in. The views were phenomenal though! At least one T.V. in one of the bedrooms would have been nice but overall it was a comfortable stay.

The property is older but well maintained. Parking is up the hill just a bit. To get to the beach is a 3 block walk on a fairly steep downhill and back up. All the amenities are present, full kitchen, microwave, tv with dvd service.
