Staff is so friendly even the housekeeping! Very clean. Beds are so comfortable. We hoped for a restful mini vacation and were so pleased to find well insulated walls and the way the rooms are oriented shields you from hallway noise. Well thought out ptoperty. Staff welcomes you everytime you come and go and offer suggestions. We will definitely stay again.

Neither TV nor fireplace work. We have stayed here many times but unless you can figure out some of the problems we will likely look for a different hotel.

We are so sorry there was some issues during your stay. We recently upgraded our cable boxes and there were a few that weren't working. We didn't realize this initially. It has been fixed along with all fireplaces are in working order. We sincerely apologize that these things weren't working during your stay. We hope you will stay with us again soon.
