They left me stranded at the airport. I asked 3 times for a shuttle from Orlando. After 90 minutes they told me they only go to Sanford. Never asked my name, number. I explicitly said Orlando the night before and upon landing

The king room I booked online was not available when I arrived. One of the front desk personnel appeared to be high or drunk. The people in the lobby looked like hopeless peoe.
