The phone and clock did not work. They brought another clock but we did not feel safe with the phone not working (unable to get a wakeup call as a result) and with one of us being handicapped.

We were told 3 different times that there was transportation to and from Orlando Sanford airport. This wasn't the case. I called 3 different times and days to confirm this and was told yes, most definitely. Upon calling once we landed, much to my surprise, I was informed that they only have transportation to and from Orlando international, not Orlando Sanford airport. What a kick in the gut. We choose this hotel because of the transportation from the Orlando Sanford airport. I will not make this mistake again!! The night desk supervisor was a real jerk, he basically called us a liar in front of several other guests. Not very professional at all. He said what do you want me to do about it? We ended up getting an Uber to get to the hotel and then being treated like a second class citizen. I'm a veteran of 40 years and have never been treated like this anywhere. Have a great day.

Jeffery, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Firstly, I would like to say sorry for this behavior by our Front Desk Agent. We will certainly look into this matter further as this is not the expectation. It is true we offer ac complimentary shuttle but only to and from MCO International Airport not Sanford International as this is about 45 minutes away from our location. At this location we have never offer a shuttle service to Sanford Airport.

It is near the airport and offers a shuttle, however it doesn’t start until 5 am and we needed 4:30 am. The pool area was not great. The chairs had mold stains and the hot tub was tepid at best. The whole area could use an upgrade. Otherwise it was adequate for our needs.

The property is run down and it shows. The halls have a humid smell that cannot be masked. I was in the 3D floor and due to the guest laundry being up there, the hallway was extremely warm which made the smell worse.
