Away from the crowds but only 30-40 minutes to attractions, beaches, Cocoa, Daytona. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, large pool. Close to many restaurants, shopping , downtown Orlando. Quiet secluded back yard and relaxing porch. Minutes off major highway I-4. Laundry available. Bedroom #1 has king bed with en suite bath. Bedroom #2 has a double bed, with 2nd hallway bathroom, adjacent. The house sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate 2 extra with third bedroom, if needed. There is a $35 per night fee for the third bedroom. Cots for small children & pac-n-play for babies, plus lots of toys for different ages. Plus there is an outdoor shower! WIFI Play in the pool or just relax on the back porch. Pool is not heated. Pet friendly with one $50 pet fee. CHECK IN is 3pm unless early check in is requested.

Can't wait to come back!
In all our years of VRBO-ing, I can't remember a property I've enjoyed more. Comfortable, spacious, attractive, and that amazing backyard: huge pool, covered seating, and outdoor shower. Well appointed and well hosted. We loved our time at Maitland Oasis!

Amazing vacation
I took my two kids on a little vacation to visit old friends in Longwood area and we had an amazing time! The pool is huge, the house is clean and comfortable- beds were comfortable. I’d highly recommend this place if you are coming to town to visit nearby family or friends. It’s a great house to entertain in. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Wonderful month of warmth, sunshine and hospitality
Maitland Oasis is a wonderful house conveniently located to anything one would enjoy restaurants, shopping or attractions offered in the area. The house was very comfortable for our stay of a month. Many meals were shared at the bar area on nights when we choose to eat-in as the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. The beds were comfortable with nice linens provided. The highlight of the house is the back porch and pool area. While the weather was too cool to use the pool, the area provided a lovely area for lunch and afternoons relaxing and reading. It is totally enclosed and private. The landscaping is very attractive with flowers blooming. The waterfalls provide a relaxing sound throughout the day. Additionally, the porch has lovely lighting at night and a grill is provided for grilling out. The house has many areas to admire and ample reading material is available. The sunlight though the stain glass hanging in the living room window was beautiful with the pool glistening in the background. We were there for a month during the COVID pandemic and the house offered everything we needed to be content with limited activities. We did eat at several good restaurants in Winter Park, Maitland and Lake Mary while we were there and found each of them following Covid precautions. Many beautiful areas are available with a short drive where crowds are not an issue. This was one of the major advantage of the house is the convenience to other areas surrounding. While visiting Maitland Oasis one will find the neighborhood to be very extremely quiet and peaceful. Lisa is a wonderful host who responds to any questions and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and other activities. I certainly appreciated her hospitality and responsiveness.

A home away from home
If you are looking for a home away from home this place is for you. The house has everything you will need including things like condiments in the fridge and pool toys. The backyard and fountain is beautiful, which truly is the highlight. The house is very eclectic in decoration but we found it entertaining because there was something new we would notice every day. The window area in the living area is beautiful and comfortable for reading. The cons include that the pool is not actually solar and was cold, the beds were really uncomfortable and hard, and despite the pictures there no longer is a hot tub for use. We were also slightly annoyed that there was a car parked in the carport, which would have been nice for us to park because there is a large tree over the driveway which rains down acorns which made our car dirty as well as it is loud when it hits throughout the day. We were also turned off by the family pictures and the locked doors, which at first made me wonder if we stepped into someone else's house. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed the use of this property... thank you, Paul. Spent much of our time at the poolside patio playing cards with family. The pool garden is just so lovely, and all the personal touches were so clever throughout. The house is just great and comfortable. It was so interesting just checking out all the artwork and international pieces. Close to our son and his new baby, but far enough away not to get underfoot (and get some sleep). Thank you for sharing a very unique house that felt like home. We hope to revisit in the not too distant future. Kudos to Dell for being such a big help when we had questions.

Quiet relazation
The home was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, we had a very nice stay. And it was great to find a pet friendly home for our two cats. If we return to the Orlando area, we would certainly reach out to Jan and rent her place again.
