The check in process was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early. Airport shuttle was convenient; shuttle was 24 hours. Lobby area was modern and updated. The rooms unfortunately looked old and dated. Bathrooms were very old and in need of updates. Rusted finishes, wallpaper bubbling, floor tiles broken, towels old.

Beware the free airport shuttle communication between the front desk and the actual driver. We were told they had shuttles every 1/2 hour starting on the hour that fit 11 over the phone. At one point I was told I could reserve a spot at 8am the day I could check-in. When I called that morning they said I couldn’t reserve until physical check-in but don’t worry, we’d get our time. When I did that, the shuttle had 12 people with our party in total. They said they would be fine, even after I questioned them on the number. The next morning, the shuttle driver had to bring one of our party a shuttle trip after ours because they only had room for 11 people. The driver was great, this is a front desk issue that needs to be resolved.
