Clean ,safe area , quiet , only concern were the mattresses in guest rooms , update vacuum , fix pool heater. Manager and owner were quick to reply to any concerns .WE ARE RENTING AGAIN !

Wonderful home
We enjoyed having the home to stay at, no issues other than a malfunction with pool heater so we couldn’t swim at all. I loved having the big tub and shower! It was about 30 minutes to universal and 40 to Disney so nice location!

Clean & quiet with South facing pool! This was perfect for me
I've stayed in a lot of vrbo rentals in the Davenport area over the years. It is always a relief to show up at a rental and feel good about it. This rental was in a very quiet established residential neighborhood. The place was pristine clean and I was thrilled to see that the backyard faces south for sun by the pool all day long. The pool water was sparkling. Some people pick a rental based on decorating in the pictures. I look at infrastructure which is sometimes hard to tell in pics. This place has things like good quality mattresses, well equipped kitchen, awesome washer/dryer, great hot water, & great pool filter. The price was fair and I would definitely rent here again.

The house was just what we were looking for with great rental company that was always prompt and available to assist. The owners of the property responded quickly and were great we will definitely rent this location again if available next time we com to town.

Property was ideally located around 25 mins from Disney. Everything clean and working. Owners were a pleasure to deal with prior to the trip. House is in a nice neighbourhood. Would recommend and will use again.

Lovely villa near Disney in Orlando
We had a great time in Orlando going to the Disney and Universal theme parks as well as a visit to Kennedy Space centre. The villa was spotless when we arrived and had all the necessary amenities. There was also items such as stroller and high chair available if you had small children. All in all I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando as it is close to all the major attractions and is situated in a quite and pleasant area.

La villa esta muy bien, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga. Los propietarios son muy amables y solucionaron rapido pequeñas inquietudes que tuvimos. La propiedad esta en una comunidad muy agradable y relativamente cerca de Disney. Regresaria otra vez con gusto. Muy recomendable.

The house was ok but the are a lot of ants in the bathroom and my daughters had to use our bathroom
We had a bad experience because there were ants 🐜 everywhere and there were electrical problems around the house and when we tried to contact property management they didn’t even attempt to fix the electrical issues and took the grill. We also found bugs and roaches in the guest bathroom when we were Trying to clean. There is definitely a need of pest control. The guest bedroom didn’t have air conditioning so it was really hot. In both bathrooms where the air conditioning came from there was a bunch of mold. And in the kids bedroom in the closets there dirt. I would definitely never come back I rather stay in a hotel this was the worst experience ever I don’t recommend it to anyone.
