This is a cabin with completed qualities. Here is roomy space. Large living room. Large dining room. Turkish steam bath, Outdoor Jacuzzi, 2 electric bikes. And 7 beautiful bedrooms. The cabin has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine, wood stove, TV, satellite dish, oven, balanced ventilation. And heat in all floors.
There is a boat and fishing gear for fishing. Here is the big fish just outside the nearby islands, and it is the newly built sløye-bu v / boatyard. Here is also a freezer for storage of catch.
The lodge is just 150 meters from Panorama Hotel and Resort, which offers a spa department, restaurant / bar etc.
The cabin has a large terrace with a bonfire and grill, as well as a smokehouse, for smoking

VERY NICE
My son his wife and their two children loved our stay at the Borg residence. It was spacious, quite and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to meet with our friends and mix with friendly and hospitable people. It's refreshing to be in an area with no crime where people are laid back and inviting. Perhaps some day we wil be back and if we do come back we would most likely stay at the Borg residence.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und vernachlässigt. ( nicht ablaufende Waschbecken und Dusche, ekliger Whirlpool). Sauberkeit war nicht Top. Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage rochen sehr unangenehm. ( Matratzen ohne Schoner mit Flecken). Ausstattung nicht wie angegeben. ( Keine Fahrräder) Kaution wurde nur auf Nachfrage hin zurück gezahlt. Der Vermieter war nett.

Schöne Hütte mit Renovierungsbedarf
Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Leider stimmten einige Angaben nicht mit der Anzeige überein. Es gab keine Elektroräder und der Preis des Bootes war teurer als angegeben (1000NOK statt 800). Etliche Kleiderschränke waren ramponiert und innen sehr staubig. Die Rollos müssen zum Teil ersetzt werden. Das Wasser im Jacuzzi war nicht sehr sauber. Ansonsten gab es eine Klimaanlage, welche sowohl heizen als auch kühlen konnte und auch eine Fußbodenheizung, was an kühlen Tagen wirklich gut war. Die Dampfsauna war super! Wir hatten viel Platz und das Fahren mit dem Motorboot hat viel Spaß gemacht .Borgar scheint ein netter Typ zu sein, aber es muss wirklich etwas am Haus getan werden und die Anzeige auf der deutschen Seite überarbeitet werden, sonst ist die Enttäuschung groß, erst recht wenn es keine Entschuldigung gibt.

Erster Eindruck okay, zahlreiche Mängel in der Wartung und Instandhaltung. Defekte Türgriffe, fehlende Küchenschranktür, Schimmel in der Dusche, nicht ablaufende Waschbecken, abgenutzte Teflonpfannen. Fehlende E-Bikes. Mietpreis für das Boot um 25% höher als in der Hausbeschreibung bei FeWo-direkt.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub
Es eine sehr schöne Urlaubserfahrung. Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter gestaltete sich sehr sehr gut. Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlender fehlender Urlaubsplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

1 Grandioses Ferienhaus und 2 perfekte Wochen Urlaub
Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem grossartigen Feriehaus, in toller Fjordlage nur wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt, mit viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Whirpool, Kamin, Dampfbad und sogar einer Tischtennisplatte im Haus, blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten auch sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter, nur 1 Regentag ansonsten viel Sonnenschein bis zu 16h!! am Tag. Dadurch fühlten sich die eigentlich nur 16-20°C Aussentemperatur wie gut 25°C an, da die Sonne unglaublich intensiv ist. Das Boot was wir dazu gemietet hatten ist mit 50 PS sehr gut motorisiert und man erreichte damit selbst Hotspots im offenen Meer in weniger als 30 Minuten. Dort fängt man dann auch die grösseren Fische, wie ich selbst feststellen durfte (5 Exemplare zwischen 5 und 8kg und bis knapp 1m Länge waren dabei) 🎣 obwohl es ein Familienurlaub war konnte ich selbst in wenigen Stunden, sehr gute Fische fangen, die dann auch oft den Weg in die Pfanne gefunden haben. Auch von den Felsen, direkt vor der Haustür, konnte die ein oder andere Makrele und selbst ein Pollack von knapp 3kg überlistet werden. Es gibt viele schöne aber auch anspruchsvolle Wanderwege in der Region, Bergen ist in ca. 50 Minuten erreicht und für schöne Wasserfälle an der Hardangervidda oder zur Flåmbahn sollte man 2-3h einfache Fahrt einplanen, die sich aber lohnen. Zum Abschluss möchten wir uns aber noch einmal ausdrücklich bei unserem Vermieter, Borgar, bedanken. Er war stets hilfsbereit, extrem freundlich, alles lief total unkompliziert ab. Bei der Kommunikation per Mail vor dem Urlaub, als auch wärend unseres Aufenthalts vor Ort, hat Borgar extrem schnell geantwortet. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an Ihn wenden und bekamen oft in weniger als 10 Minuten Antwort oder Hilfe bei offen Fragen zu beispielsweise Boot, Whirlpool oder Spülmaschine. Es war unser neunter Norwegenurlaub aber einen zuvorkommenden Vermieter wie Borgar hatten wir noch nie. Wenn es uns wieder einmal (was fast sicher ist), in diese Region ziehen sollte, dann ist dieses Haus mit diesem Vermieter unsere erste Wahl. Ein großes Dankeschön von Andreas, Diana, Amelie und Luisa🙂🙏
