On a scale of 1-10 our stay was a 12! The hotel is treasure..a classic Bermudian jewel! It is located on an incredible beach and is a short ride to Hamilton. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. A special thank you to Diaje’ for his well mannered and tireless service and also to Shanty and Mavis for their fine hospitality.

The resort location and being on the beach (cliffside) with provided chairs and umbrellas with a sandy beach made it a very relaxing stay. The ocean front room had a wonderful view to wake up to. Being in Paget was convenient for visiting each end of the island. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The beach front rooms were down a steep incline, but we got help getting our luggage to the room. The resort seemed to still be recovering from the pandemic. Needed a bit of work for some maintenance items, but everything worked in the room (except the phone). The resort could benefit by getting radios for their staff to contact each other. Communications to maintenance for phone problems and water leaks seemed to go unanswered. Reservations for a taxi or for a porter for help with bags needed to be confirmed since they seemed to get missed or never made. We had a good time, but I’m not sure “resort” quite fits as the amenities seemed to be only a restaurant and the pool. Front desk assistance and follow up was unpredictable and “some” were not that helpful, others were very pleasant and energetic. My expectation might have been too high for the price we paid, but everything on the island is very expensive. It would be interesting to see the value of other resorts. We chose this one specifically for its location central to the island and close to Hamilton

Location was fabulous in relation to the beach. Walk to the main road for bus stop was arduous. Walk from rooms to lobby & restaurant when opened involved a hill . Lobby opened at 9 but shut down at 8pm & no services available after that. Housekeeping gone at 4pm

Seaweed on Beach, unBermuda lobby(gold statues), Lobby opens at 9:00am -closes for evening at 8pm. Zero communication about meals and hours of service, would be thoughtful to have coffee available in the morning. Changes everyday without notifications. No service on beach(although GM thinks there is) she should check her revenue receipts for income from beach service. Reception staff tries but each is wearing many different hats.

Our recent stay at Coco Reef was lovely. I contacted the resort a few days before our trip to inquire about early check in and happened to mention that we were celebrating an anniversary. When we checked in at 12 we were extremely pleased that not only was our room was available, we surprised with bottle of champagne and a fruit and cracker tray! We also were also able to upgrade our room and ended up with a room steps from the beach!!! About the hotel Location location location!!! This hotel is right on elbow beach! It’s also on a bus route making it easy to travel by public transportation. (Much cheeper than taking a cab which is about $13 each way into town) The staff is friendly and accommodating! Keep in mind this is an older hotel. It’s clean and quite but no frills! The hotel can use a major upgrade!! The lobby and rooms are very 80’s. There is nothing in the way of entertainment, I never saw anyone at the pool and there may have been one or two quest at the bar or restaurant when we passed by. (This was early October...Could have been the time of the year we were there). elbow beach resort is right next store so we took advantage of there Friday night party! All and all it was a great stay. I would definitely return (I heard the hotel maybe undergoing some upgrade soon which would be even better)

Beautiful grounds and well maintained. If you want a quiet, peaceful and fairly private property, this is just what you want! It is located on the Atlantic and has a beautiful beach and pool. Food was great (somewhat pricey) but supermarket at the entrance made it convenient for munchies for your room. Highly recommended

Was a decent walk to bus stop. Charged $3.50 for a morning cup of tea and you had no where else to get a cup of tea. Didn’t really find the desk staff very helpful. All other staff were helpful and friendly.
