Had to change rooms. First room was directly behind elevator. Imagine the noise all night Second rooms air conditioner sounded like a mini helicopter everytime it came on. Room 209 and 202.

Room was tiny, not updated and not in great condition. Exterior door that led into hallway by our room didn’t latch closed so it didn’t feel very secure. We placed in a room next to someone with 2 dogs that barked when we walked past on the hallway and then woke us up very early with barking. Hotel should not place non pet guests on a pet friendly floor.
