Good stay, but beds could be more comfortable.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites Boca. The only reason I gave it 4-stars is because the beds & pillows need to be updated, and the hot tub had a strange color to the water. The bed was not comfortable. It wobbled a bit, and the pillows were very flat. The customer service was excellent at every point; front desk, restaurant, happy hour, and housekeeping. Each person was very welcoming and friendly. It really is a hidden gem. The location is off the beaten path, so to speak, but close enough to everything that most activities in the area are only a few minutes away.
