The property is not well maintained. No food services on premises. The room had a dirty coffee maker. Noise came through adjoining room. Fortunately, it was the loud tv next door. My Tv did not function so I unplugged it. The current "guests" looked like they lived there.

Location was what I was looking for. It's not a resort but if it's a place you need to sleep you can't beat the price. Free breakfast hit the spot, sausage and eggs cooked to order with toast real butter and jelly. Eric is a great guy and Christian and has a great heart. Trying to help his fellow man.

Staff is trying very hard and are very nice. The Motel is very outdated and needs work pictures on line are not current. It could be a nice place but the owners will need to improve grounds. They also need to update rooms. The beds and tvs were new and clean . But all other furniture is old and run down.

thanks for staying and taking the time to write a review. And we are doing more updating to the rooms, but still trying to keep the old Florida vibe.As for the grounds that will be taken care of. Glad to hear the beds were good and room were clean. Our small staff try our best to make everyone's stay comfortable. Hopefully in the future you can give us a try again when more updating is done

First I thought the place is kind of o.k. Old, but clean rooms until my last day. I informed the staff that I will check out at 12 noon instead of 11 am. They agreed. When I came back around noon, they moved all my staff to the office, including food in the fridge. They emptied my big bottle of Seltzer I kept for my trip. I was very angry. The guy who was working in the morning didn't inform, that I will stay one hour longer with their permission. What rude behavior, low class dump.

I'm sorry about the miscommunication, the cleaning lady did wait to noon and we did put all you food and belonging in the office, I'm sorry she dumped out the open bottle of seltzer water. I would have of given you the money for it.I dont know if we should be called up dump because we threw your seltzer water away after check out. But we are sorry that it happened.And we are a older theme motel,withwe think it gives us character.If you stay with us again on top of the free bottle water we give you I'll make sure to give you a free bottle of seltzer too

The room wasn’t clean my feet turned black from walking on the floor, bathroom sink faucet was loose and falling apart , The beds were fair but the pillows were deflated and the sheets were old , the floor mats were visible dirty but the shower worked well and was big and even had a window which had a broken screen and some the old furniture was falling apart. In all with a little maintenance it could be a good room .

Sorry about the floor I will talk to the cleaning crew about that, and have maintenance look at the loose sink faucet and window screen.We are in process of changing some of old furniture out, but trying to keep old Florida vibe still. Thanks for staying with us and hope next time you will see the improvements

Well we didn't get a chance to check in because they donida because we had a service dog and since we were moving out and it and the hurt was coming we didn't have the papers and she demanded us is show her that my mom's in a wheelchair and she's a veteran so we have to find somewhere else in her King was coming
