I had no internet service in my room which was inconvenient for a business trip. They should not advertise breakfast, as the 1st day they had some dry cereal out with no milk or utensils,2nd day they did have a few bagels out.. but no coffee uggh. I had stayed here several years ago and the grounds are getting a little overgrown and the rooms dated-- I know everyone is having staffing issues with covid but overall not as good as it used to be.

its haunted. People should have been warned

Pros: good food
Cons: i dont want a 2nd floor room
Location: atlantic ave has a lot of food choices
Furniture moving at 1000 pm at night for one hour. Terrible. cant sleep.

beautiful gardens, lovely property, quiet

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, lovely landscaping
Spent one night at Sundy House on business. It was lovely and secluded but within easy walking distance of Atlantic Ave restaurants. Rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely gardens and littel hidden places to sit and take in the surroundings. Amazing how quiet is was considering its proximity to a very busy street. I would definitely stay again.

sundy house

everything was great about the sundy house. really large room with all of the amenities and a great view in the tree tops and the pool. breakfast was very nice with view of pond. it really was a very nice stay. would reccomend it to anyone and plan on returning
