The area throughout the hotel are great and super clean. The staff in all areas are "AMAZING". Very friendly and willing to assist you at any time. Always with a great smile. One thing I noticed near by the vendors of souvenir by the beach was a few empy cans of soda ( 4). I hope they clean their area by the end of each day and no leave any pollution for the ocean. Also, going to the beach i had to be careful not to step on horse droppings. I thing the horse handers should clean it by the end of the day.

Place is beautiful and have lots of potential but Staff don’t care about the guests Restaurants were not good at all… the buffet that was the best part so don’t waste your time on line for restaurants go straight to buffet it’s the best They need to work on the attractions not bad but can be better other than that pools were awesome so was the beach and free parking

A well maintained property with manicured lawns and festively decorated for Christmas in the lobby areas and special lighting on all palm trees. Staff picking up every glass or cup discarded on the sand by the very diverse groups of guests (although collection points are readily available) is remarkable. The "reservation by towel" of beach/pool chairs is not discouraged.

Staff is very nice. Food is abundant and very good. The entertainment staff is amazing! Rooms are basic with no toiletries, limited linens and towels, but you can request on the Riu app. The resort really needs maintenance. We had a good time, but we read all the other reviews and knew what to expect.

Amazing vacation
Stayed four nights, Friendly staff, great food, clean, lovely pools and grounds, really enjoyed my stay, rooms could use some upgrades but comfortable. We had an amazing time at Riu and will stay again. Highly recommend.
