The property itself was beautiful and well kept. The neighboring area was dirty and trashy. The limited people who speak English wasn’t a barrier because Google translate did the translation for us. Portirio, the driver was very polite and honest. I overpaid him and he made sure I got my money back. We gave him an hefty tip for his honesty. Eileen and Nathalie, the front desk staff were amazing and did everything to ensure our safety and fun during our stay. The food, the authenticity of Panamanian food was spectacular. Rosa, Jatzury and Massiel; kitchen staff kudos to the professionalism and sweetness. I Highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, quietness, safety, honesty, overall for those who travel alone, you will be well taken care of here. This is the city side, it has a large mall within walking distance with several restaurants and yes, a grocery store.

Very cold room sometimes 17 grad
The first night we froze, called desk and someone came to fix and the temperature went down. After several calls and men coming the second day and night, Aeppwe had to turn it off and the room got warmer and turn it off to get cooler. We had to do this every two hours all night. Everything else was great.
