My accommodation is located in the heart of the ""Le Marais"", which corresponds to the 4th district of Paris. The flat is for 2 people and is on the second floor without elevator.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall), museum of modern art Musée Georges Pompidou, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris

It is very close to many restaurants, bars and to public transportation, especially Hôtel de Ville subway station.

I hope you enjoy it for the comfort and the location.





The area is really great. My accommodation is located less than 5 minutes walk from Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall), museum of modern art Musée Georges Pompidou, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris

An excellent choice
Overall I was very satisfied. However, the room is located in an "old:" part of the building and you have to walk through the trash area and then climb stairs to the room as there is no lift. I didn't mind the stairs but going through the trash are with a lot of flies as a bit off putting. Also, you can't really leave your windows open unless you are there as the room next door can have easy access to your room. With that being said., I was very happy with the location. Very easy to reach any destination. The room itself was clean. The property managers were responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay ere again.
