Second time staying at Terrass. No VIP (platinum) extras whatsoever, last time we stayed here we at least got a complementary bottle of wine. Property seemed less clean, we found many stray hairs in bathroom and even on our bed. Dining /drink options at rooftop bar were lacking.

Right at the start of Monmatre Village and 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge! It's a beautiful 5 star Boutique Hotel with rooms that have views of the Eiffel Tower! We just loved our room and terraces going to bed with the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower and waking up to it. The service is great. The mini bar is stocked with Laurent Perrier half bottle of champagne amazing chocolates and other goodies. There is great history in this hotel and is over 100 years old but with all modern amenities. Never made it to the roof top bar for dining or drinking, nor did we have time for the spa as we were only there for 1 night but it was amazing! I highly recommend this place! When we arrived they also upgraded us! TRULY AMAZING!

Excellent Place to Stay in Paris
We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we could want including robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with lots of counter space. Easy access to many restaurants and cafes, not as close to the main tourist places, but it was a second Paris visit, so we didn't need that. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things we weren't as happy about. We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed the first night even thought the front desk didn't know this and they were booked for the second night even though we tried to reserve in advance. We think there should be some space saved for hotel guests to book. The more important issue is that the billing of the hotel isn't well managed. We had prepaid the two nights, but I received an email (in French) that my card had been declined even though the charge had cleared our bank. I called and was told not to worry about the email. Then when we checked out early, we were charged for both nights, and since I hadn't been shown the bill charges, we didn't know until we were in the cab on the way to the airport. I had to wait until 9am to call, and the problem was handled efficiently, but they need better systems in place. Still I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to charges.

This hotel is an old favorite. It has been upgraded and is really a fun place to stay. The rooftop bar and restaurant is so nice. The staff is second to none. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. Unfortunately they were doing construction up the street which made for some noise and dust/dirt during our stay but would be sure it won't last forever.
