Oh my gosh was this great
Location, quality and communication are the three key words. The flat is so conveniently located in relation to the most visited sites in Paris plus its proximity to Rue Cler and all of those restaurants and shops. What is not walkable is easily reached by a nearby Metro stop. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding. While on the small size the efficiency with which the space is utilized is excellent. Beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water and a private patio - all combined for an amazing stay. Our communication with Venie far exceeded other Vrbo hosts. She communicates expectations clearly and up front and was responsive to inquiries in a very timely manner. All three of us fell in love with Paris again and that is due in large part to “flat”. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

A week in Paris
We had a wonderful stay!! The location is amazing and close to many of the wonderful sites such as the Eiffel Tower and Les invalides. The host is a fantastic communicator and made the process easy🌺🌺 the apartment was very neat and well stocked. She had a list of restaurant recommendations and we tried all of them!! After a few days getting morning coffee and some fruits and breads; we were like neighborhood insiders. It was the perfect place to stay💕

Magnifique
Lovely flat with beautiful amenities and a gracious hostess. The location is fantastic with loads to eat, drink and see within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the courtyard and my son loved the loft bed. Pack light if you're staying in the bedroom - stairs can be a bit tricky with a bag. Enjoyed the towel warmer, thoughtful decorations and travel books. Venie is was graciously flexible with our arrival and departure. Read all of her instructions carefully - loads of info and well thought out but good to prepare ahead of time. Would love to stay again - a bientot!!!

Perfect Location and Helpful Host
This flat is in the perfect location in the 7th for all Paris exploring, sightseeing, and eating. Right outside is Rue Cler which is an experience itself, with all major sites in walking distance, and easy access to transit. The flat itself is very cozy, with all the amenities a couple needs to relax and regroup. Vénie was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating from check-in and through our entire stay.

This apartment is a little oasis just off Rue Cler - small to be sure, but giving fantastic access to a wonderful neighborhood (and the surrounding city). The host was very communicative and provided some excellent recommendations for all our needs.

Gorgeous!
Arriving in Paris and walking into a lovely private patio and then going in to the cutest apartment ever. Near the Eiffel Tower. Down the street ( maybe a block or so) is an entire street of small shops. ( food, flowers, bakeries, and more) Really the perfect apartment and location. Communication was lovely throughout and made the trip so enjoyable. We hope to return to Paris and stay here again!

Perfect pied-à-terre for your stay in Paris
First, Vénie, the owner is a gracious, patient and kind host. She goes to great lengths to ensure travellers feel like guests in her home (which in fact they are). Her English speaking and writing skills are excellent so there should not be many issues for guests who primarily speak English and/or have limited French skills (such as myself). She is also very responsive and willing to assist guests with recommendations, reservations etc as much or indeed as little as desired. This flat is well-located in the 7eme and literally around the corner from the Rue Cler district which has everything from dining to various take out options to markets and grocery stores depending on your peference. From the flat, we walked to the Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, and even the Musée d'Orsay & Louvre. If that seems too far, you can easily arrange a taxi, Uber or take public transportation. As outlined in the description, this flat would not be good for people with any mobility issues whatsoever. The stairs to the bedroom are quite narrow and the loft requires using a ladder. The space I think is probably better suited for 2 adults and 1-2 children. We had to schedule our showers to ensure everyone had hot water for 3 adults. As noted elsewhere, the main method of communication is the VRBO app or website, so I would strongly advise to add your service's travel plan while visiting. Of course this step will also aid with using your phone for information, directions, Ubers etc.

Cozy Apartment in ideal location
Vénie was extremely helpful in all aspects of our visit. So much of what we wanted to do was within walking distance of location. There is a Metro stop just a short walk from apartment.
