Deer Valley La Maconnerie is completely renovated and professionally decorated. You will absolutely love the ski-in/ski out location right on the Deer Valley Success ski run. The home features 3,200 square feet, four bedrooms, loft space, four and a half bathrooms, and a private hot tub to easily accommodation up to 14 guests.

The home's “great room” holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas — all with hardwood floors and awesome surrounding views.

Living Room: Mountain contemporary furnishings around the soaring fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV for your enjoyment. The space was
redesigned to include more space and additional windows to bring in the gorgeous views.

Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with high-end appliances including pieces from Wolf, Subzero, and Viking. You'll adore cooking while looking out the many windows! There is also additional seating at the Kitchen island for 4 people.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 people and also has spectacular views.

Bedrooms:
Grand Master Suite- King bed, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The private bathroom has dual sinks, a large jetted tub, and separate shower — a truly tranquil space.
Master Bedroom 2- King bed, gas fireplace, 50" Smart TV, and a private bath with double sinks and tile shower.
Master Bedroom 3- King bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and private bath with double sinks and separate shower.
Bedroom 4- Bunk Room with two Twin over Queen beds, 50" LG TV with cable, and private bath.

Great Location Beautiful Home NOT a true ski in and out
The home and location are great. Lower Deer Valley makes it easy and convenient. This property was listed as a ski in and out and that is very debatable. It is on a ski run, but you need to hike up to get to where the drop down is to the run. For the return you need to hike up the drop down and walk down to the ski room. There was a good amount of exposed rock and mud on the path you had to take. We ended up leaving our skis in the garage because that was on the level of the run entrance. Misrepresented as a ski in and out for sure. It really is not. My husband had 2 knee replacements and it was too dangerous for him to hike up and down the “path”. I drove him to the base of Deer Valley every day. Not what we paid for a ski in and out house. The house itself is very nice. All the amenities you could want, lovely fireplace, comfortable beds and every kitchen item you could need. The hot tub has a few issues - it needed to be drained and refilled during our stay and the last day it keeps popping the breaker and going into a safety mode. Park city rentals were notified. We were able to use the hot tub 3 of 6 days. We would not rent this house again expecting a ski in and out. Overpriced for what was reality.

Family Vacation
Beautiful View and location. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had 2 in our party that had never skied before. We wished in the description that ski school was not in walking distance or that the green slope was too aggressive for a first timer. we would have rented a car. We have taken 20+ ski vacation's and this was our favorite view. Fireplace and hot tub were awesome.

Beautiful Home in great location
This home was perfect for our family vacation. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was convenent and very comfortable. Decor was modern traditional and was a beautiful atmosphere to spend our down time. Would definitely book to stay here our next vacation.

Great stay!
Beautiful, spacious home with gorgeous mountain views. Great location - only a few minutes drive down to Deer Valley Resort and a few more minutes over to Park City. Kitchen was very well equipped. Property is definitely ski in ski out, however during our stay accessing the Success run involved trekking our skis up an incline under the neighbor’s home and then down an icy slope. It’s doable and better than parking at the resort, but it was more of a schlep than we expected, especially with a young kid. Overall we had an awesome stay and would rent this lovely home again!

Wonderful ski destination
This is a lovely house that had everything we could ever want - Large bedrooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, wonderful hot tub overlooking the mountain, and multiple fireplaces. No complaints about anything. Would highly recommend this property.

While we had snow boarders , the properties location with an adjacent run was perfect for skiers. Wonderful views overlooking the valley and across to the incline to the Ritz Carlton . Under a full moon it was quite a setting. The property itself was fully equipped with ample room for the 9 for us. With a spa, three fire places, gourmet kitchen, ski room, two car garage , beautiful furnishings , the property lacked nothing . The coffee center would compete with a Starbucks. A great place to return to after a full day skiing. and relax in the spa over looking the mountain.
