Whether it is hiking, fishing, Olympic Training Center, there is something for everyone. Summertime is a great time to shop the 'Old Towne' art galleries, and restaurants, as many offer great 2/1 meal specials. Whether it is skiing, mountain biking, strolling glamorous Silver Lake Village, enjoying the private hot tub on the deck, or just enjoying a good book … this is the place to be!

After your scenic 45 minute 'easy' drive from Salt Lake City Airport, drive into your underground heated parking lot, unload the car(s), and step into the very convenient garage elevator that will whisk you away and up to the open-air third-floor rustic-wood walkway, step out of the elevator and there you are just steps from warmth, your full kitchen and breakfast bar, custom rustic furnishings, interior log accents, a natural stone gas fireplace, 2 En suite Bedrooms with king size beds and whirlpool baths, and picturesque mountain views as far as the eyes can see.

Trip Cancellation Insurance STRONGLY RECOMMENDED during ski season: December 15th - April 15th!

All guests purchasing 'trip cancellation insurance' for reservations between December 1 and April 15th, will receive a credit off their stay of $25 per day; and they will also have the option of canceling their reservation, up to 48 hours after it is made, with no penalty. *VRBO and Homeaway abide by our strict cancellation policy; however, Airbnb does have an extenuating circumstance clause.

*We have a flexible cancellation policy during times when COVID19 restrictions prevent the use of Deer Valley Ski Facilities and/or prevent air travel into or out of Salt Lake City. Cancellations and full refunds will be given to paying guests, should both Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts be shut down for skiing, during their reservation--due to Covid restrictions. Alternatively, a 50% refund will be given to those guests who may choose to stay and enjoy the accommodations, during the shutdown period.
