The welcome was warm and friendly and very helpful with regard to parking. (Parking took a bit longer, but not the fault of the hotel, Arras was very busy with the Christmas Market). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful (just as needed after a long day). We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was so convenient for the Christmas Market and the centre.

A/c broken during a heatwave
One small cold bottle of water each was offered as compensation for hotel-wide broken a/c Also, room 305 had constant running cistern all the time. Thankful we were only there one night
