Cozy all season New England-style cottage that sleeps 6 overnight . Fire pit, gas grill, wifi, gas-fireplace for winter days. A/C and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. Covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices . Centrally located right on the wine and beer trail. Smart TV for streaming favorite movies. A very tranquil property, winter or summer. 6 miles to boat launch and boat rentals. Very central to all the lakes winery's. Linens provided. Great cell phone service. Covered outdoor grill area for rainy and sunny days.
Pets are allowed as long as $50. pet fee is paid to cover extra cleaning. We have to wash furniture top covers after.

Eclipse weekend- cottage stay was almost the highlight
Clouds mad the eclipse on April 8 less than hoped for, but still a wonder, but we had a great family weekend trip thanks to the lovely cottage hosted by Tim and Bonni. A beautiful clear sky Sunday let us enjoy the dock, and the views! We aren't fancy people, and the cottage was very homey, very clean, comfortable. We would love to come back sometime.

The view
View is beautiful. Nice property. Mostly quiet...except for the trains. My only complaint is the living room furniture is uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed
This cottage is right on the water and exactly what we needed for a quick couples getaway. We were there for a Seneca wine trail event and this place was close to everything we needed. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of the lake. The cottage was nicely decorated and clean and check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely stay here again
