Amazing vineyard estate house overlooking KVR trail & Lake Okanagan. Organic wine grapes, vegetables and flowers. A heated swimming pool. Gas Fire Pit, Location close to downtown, wineries, restaurants, event centre, BMX park, KVR etc. Two private en-suite rooms, living room, Queen pull out bed to accommodate 6. Kitchen, barbecue area, you can pick organic veggies from garden. A perfect place for family, 5 acre fenced yard. private entrance and living space. Pool is shared area with family. We have pets. In the winter it is perfect for a winter get-a-way. Apex downhill and Nickel Plate cross country skiing 30 mins, ice fishing at Yellow lake, with many wineries in the area, great restaurants etc. New Hot Tub will be installed end of April 2021

The space. There are very few places as nice as this estate house. you will have an amazing living room area and kitchen which opens out to a beautiful patio and lawn, surrounded by flower gardens and vineyards. A small walk through the flower gardens brings you to a lovely gas fire pit then onto a very private 50' heated swimming pool. The views are breathtaking. New HOT TUB added end of April!

What a view!
This place has a wonderful view in every direction and is only a few quick minutes drive from every amenity. Our host was highly attentive and available. Looking forward to a return visit.

Very comfortable accommodation
The accommodation is very nicely finished and furnished and also very comfortable. Great views from the patio. The kitchen stove is not inside but rather outdoors under the deck. This was no problem for us because the weather was great. However if staying in the winter, one would need to head outside to use the oven.

Beautiful property!
6 of us ladies biked from Myra canyon to Naramata to stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our ride. Would absolutely recommend this property! Will definitely come back!

Our Experience - Not a Premier Host
We were booked for this property from Aug. 20-25, 2023. A few days before our stay a majority of locations in the area we victims of the wild fires. The Government issued a state of emergency for the area and issued an order against Tavel to the area listing Penticton. The Air Quality Index for Penticton ahead of our travel and our booked dates was Very Unhealthy and ranged from 216 to 295. We had inquired several times about a refund or credit, as we were aware of other VRBO hosts doing so for their guests. We were only offered a few dates in Sept or Oct. This was of no use to us given none of the adults could rearrange vacation, nor are we able to remove our kids from schools. Plus the purpose of our travel is for our girls to attend horse camp which does not take place in Sept/Oct. We have a wedding to attend in the area in May. I confirmed through the booking tool that the property was available for our dates. I asked the Host if he would give us three nights in May in equal exchange for our booked 5 days. He was unwilling. We lost our entire $3,600. The host had very little concern or empathy for our vacation being ruined and our money lost. Yes we were fully aware of the cancellation policy. It was not our intention to cancel. But the area was on fire, the Government ordered vacationers to stay away and the air quality was extremely unhealthy. I would expect a premium host to offer at least a little grace given this situation

Wonderful property and host
Our family of five had a fantastic summer week at this beautiful property, which surpasses the photos and description. The living space is spacious and light filled, with generous glass doors and windows on two sides. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, spacious, and comfortable. It's also very private, with guest hot tub just outside the door, an enormous wraparound patio, spacious lawn for family games, outdoor table and seating for eight, outdoor kitchen....all with a view of gardens, vineyards, and the lake. A walk up through a beautiful rock garden leads to the fire pit and then a few more steps to the beautiful pool and terrace also with a lake view - we felt like we had a five-star resort to ourselves. An easy bike to the rail trail; fantastic local breweries and wineries; very convenient to the town of Penticton with its great beaches (as well as the Skaha lake beach park). Hard to top this part of the Okanagan for pleasing the whole family. George was welcoming and gracious and generous--and we really appreciated the fresh vegetables from the garden. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs in North America and this was one of the very best. We can definitely see ourselves returning. Thank you George and family!

Highly recommend
A beautiful place for our family to relax and enjoy the awesome view of the surrounding vineyards, orchards and Okanagan lake. Location is close to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail for walking or riding bikes. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Our host George was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Thanks for the hospitality. We definitely recommend the accommodations!

Girls Getaway
This property was a great base for a girls weekend getaway in Penticton. It was close to the airport, downtown and right in the heart of Naramata Bench surrounded by wineries. Despite the rainy weekend we still enjoyed the hot tub and pool on the property. We were all impressed by the cleanliness of the place and most of all the views. The host was friendly and quick with responding. Would definitely book this place again.

Stunning
What a gorgeous piece of paradise! I went with 3 of my friends, and we were able to completely relax and enjoy everything this spectacular property has to offer. The suite was beautiful, the pool was warm, big and loads of fun. The views are breathtaking, surrounded by vineyards with a beautiful view of the lake as well as the owner’s organic garden that he so graciously shared with us. It’s right in the heart of Naramata Bench, so wineries are all around. It has 2 bedrooms (not 3 as stated in the listing) with plenty of space in the common areas. I will definitely be back and have already recommended this property to many others. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Quiet Peaceful Stay
We enjoyed our stay in Penticton. The space was great; two king beds was perfect for my wife & I and two school aged kids. Great pool area. Extremely welcoming owner/host. The rental is a full walk out basement with the view of the vineyards; with the owners living upstairs. Sound does travel in the house, to note if you like to sleep in or have afternoon naps. This property suited us perfectly for a relaxed morning breakfast, a swim, then by car out to the beaches or wineries or golfing.
