Floor had not been vacuumed in a long time. There were large chunks of stuff on the floor. When we informed them- they said they would look into it tomorrow- no offer to move rooms. I was having heart surgery the next morning and am supposed to shower the night before and again the next morning and stay as clean as possible. Then, my husband had to throw out our food in the fridge as it was not working. Will never stay there again.

The room i was in phone didnt work. Trash was full and wifi didnt work. Told the guy at the front desk and he said he was going to contact his supervisor about getting me another room. Had to wait til another shift came in and i was downsized a room ILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

They charged my credit card with 285 dollars after I checked out accusing us of smoking pot in the room. We are 63 year old grandparents and I haven't smoked pot in over twenty years. I'm appalled. Nobody called me. There was not any complaints, and they just charged the card as if that's okay. Like they have the authority to take money that is not theirs. Don't stay here.

Our air conditioner was broke in our first room. We were told they were sold out. So the next morning I went back to the front desk again to mention it and the girl got us a new room immediately. Was hard to find people at the front desk if you needed something and was just overall disappointing. Will never book here again.

Disappointing

Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeeping, ventilation, please don't advertise breakfast if you aren't going to provide, it's misleading
Though we were looking for inexpensive for a quick overnight stay, I expected a little more cleanliness. The halls smelled, there was hair in our bathroom sink. But the most disappointing was the advertised breakfast included, which was why we chose this one over another inexpensive one. "Breakfast" offered was muffins, granola bars, cereal and beverages. All that was out granola bars and coffee. Never again
