I did not receive any cleaning services during my entire stay. I had to call the front desk for clean towels. My trash cans were overflowing. I ran completely out of bathroom tissue and had to use the box tissues. Very poor customer service.

If your looking for a property that offers free continental hot breakfast or even vending machines this is not your place- you have to go to the casino for food or drinks-big inconvenience especially if you are traveling with a diabetic They also charge a resort fee because Boyd Properties in Las Vegas does- Illinois is NOT Las Vegas!

The property is well maintained and clean. It is adjacent to the restaurant by the casino. There was no microwave in the room, and no complimentary breakfast. Cable was out and thus the television did not work.
