The property was strategically located between Santa Maria Degli Angeli and Assisi. There was ample parking space very good breakfast and access to on property restaurant.

Country charm in Assisi .
Very nice hotel,spacious rooms clean and comfortable. Only 1.5 miles from Assisi center and so quiet and relaxing,lots of room to park your car and not worry about it, and the price was right

This hotel was a great find. Good price. Nice restaurant. Near bus stop. Family owned and operated. Small traditional hotel. Very clean. Very helpful and friendly.

The water for showers was Luke warm. The reverse cycle air cond did not work, we asked for another blanket. The food at the resturant was the best I have had in my trip, superb.

Good Little Surprise!
We got into Assisi late in the evening and we were pleasantly surprised by the green lushious grounds and charming wooden architecture of the main reception building. The hotel is outside of Assisi proper and it was inconvenient in having to locate the bus stop given poor directions from staff, but once on, the ride was fast and friendly. Typical cold Itailan breakfast and typical cold italian customer service. Both get better in time if you have the patience to endure, but initially rather offputting!
