Although the hotel is quite dated and could use some serious updating, my family of 3 had a pleasant overnight stay. The room was clean and quiet, everything worked as it should, and it served its purpose. Breakfast options were minimum at the time. We stayed overnight to make our drive to Sesame the next day a breeze and had a great time. The man who greeted us at the front desk was pleasant, and even gave us the option of what floor we preferred to stay on. Overall, we had a good stay.

Each member of the staff was extremely helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. The property itself was almost OK. Some things were barely serviceable. There were things like having to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave to heat food because there weren't enough plugs. We had to switch rooms initially because the first room's TV wasn't working correctly.
The "dining area" (just tables and chairs in the public area) was roped off, supposedly due to pandemic considerations although there are NO RESTRICTIONS were the facility was located.

The bed had bed bugs. My wife was bitten multiple times. We left in the middle of the night to find another hotel. When we left the lobby had 5-6 people loitering. When we called and cancelled a second night, the staff refused to refund the 1st night. Bad experience. My wife sent a separate letter to the hotel chain.

Hotel is very outdated with rank smell. Soon as you get on the elevator there is an odor. Room was not cleaned at all. Good thing I brung my own cleaning supplies. So much dust and dirt. I lift mattress to check for bed bugs and food old food. Only had 1 towel and wash rag for four guest. Hole in bathroom door. Room phone did not work at all. Roaches in bathroom. When you flush toilet it makes a noise for 5 mins. Says smoke free but smells of cigarettes and soon as you open door to parking lot cigarettes are all over the ground. Only get thing is its location, shopping and food is very close by.

Fire exit doors were propped open by other guests. Parking lot needs more lights. It also needs to be cleaned and resurfaced.
