I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff and service at Chez Collette. The place was never more than 10 percent full but the hostess was always trying to push the hotel guests out into the hallway while she tried to find a table in an almost empty restaurant. Once it was convenient for her to seat people maybe a server would show up eventually. This happened to us all 3 times we went there. I was watching other guests and it was happening to them also. Sunday morning the complimentary coffee urn was empty. I asked the girl at the front desk if it was going to be refilled and her response was maybe. Staff was lacking. Valet guys were great.

so-so hotel
The service was great, front desk was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was going through construction which they did tell us about and gave us free drink vouchers but they didn’t tell us about the fire drill they were going to do which woke us up. I wish they would have informed us so we can not sleep in and go out instead of being surprised, it went for a while too. The towels are pretty rough and actually chaffed my skin. In my opinion you can find better hotels in the city for same price range
