I checked into the room and the FIRST room did not have any curtains. The 2nd room the remote did not work on the tv. No internet connection for my laptop and the maintenance was substandard!! Phoenix has the worst hotel rooms. I would stay in Tucson for cheaper and better kept rooms!!

There were homeless in the stairwells, tags on the stairwell. Checked into the first room and there were no curtains. Then the second room had a remote that did not work. They then game me 3 remotes, one for the volume, one for the channels, and one for the on/off. The room maintenance was very substandard!! Paint in the tub, and poor plumbing issues, toilet that 2-3 times to get it to fully flush. At the price that they are charging you could get competent maintenance and security to remove the homeless from the property.

This property was terrible. Obviously in the “hood or ghetto area. Room was nasty; cockroaches all over, blood stains on the floor and basically disgusting. I’m sure we will take home bedbugs from this place too. Very unsatisfactory and will NEVER return

Shower was a disaster. Carpeting old dirty. Coffee pot not working properly, entire building needs upgrading desk clerk was bored with job, would like a refund of part of room rate souls not have booked would like $100.00 refund

Bad customer service. Remote didn't work and tv wouldn't change channels. Air not very cold.Front desk will not answer phone. Bathtub was gross and there is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

This place is a dump. We only stayed here one night but had to wash all of our clothing because the room made everything smell like urine and body odor. I thought La Quinta and Wyndham were reputable hotels but this place was looked and smelled like a crack house. Please don’t let your family spend even one night here.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was urine in the halls and stairwells. Human feces was on the ground near our parked car. The carpet of the actual room was stained. The air in the room felt damp. It was absolutely AWFUL. My kids were alarmed and scared by the homeless person in the stairwell as we left. I’ve never stayed at such an awful hotel before. I wish I could get a refend.

I can’t give this place enough negative stars, it was absolutely filthy, homeless people hanging out in the ice room, on the stairways, the grounds were absolutely disgusting, the bedding was deplorable and filthy, there was mold in the showers, I cannot say enough Negative statements about this place it was absolutely deplorable. I have stayed at La Quinta hotels before and this one was absolutely the worst ever I would not recommend this for anyone!!!!
