Check in process was was frustrating. For the first room we were given the AC did not work and the bathroom had not been cleaned(used towel on the floor, a lot of dirt in sink) We were given an alternate room and the key did not work, we had to go back to the office to get it activated. What should have been an easy 5 minute process took over 30 minutes.

I loved the layout of the Double king suite. Mark was amazing! However, I had a hold for an extra $250 put on my card for incidentals that I was not aware prior to my reservation. That should have been communicated before I booked my reservation, and not dropped on my during my check-in.
