Our cozy clean Townhouse is the perfect location for your stay in Arizona. Located in Tempe walking distance from the Cubs Stadium, 1 mile from Tempe Marketplace, 7 miles from sky harbor airport, 6 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, 5 mins to ASU and Mill Avenue, and a quick drive to Downtown Phoenix, the botanical gardens, and the Phoenix zoo. Our place is suitable for everyone; singles, families, and sports fans will all feel right at home.

The space - This tri-level townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all to your self. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with flat screen TVs. The third bedroom can be used as a quiet office space or you can make it a bedroom using the provided blow up mattress. Spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Living room has an extremely comfortable sectional couch in front of a 85” TV.

Neighborhood - Our gated community is well kept, safe and quiet.

Guest access - guest will have access to the two community pools, hot tub and green belts.

Spacious property with hot tub and pool
The property is very spacious. But TV is not functioning and there are no directions. Netflix does not work with your own account. Powder room toilet doesn’t shut off correctly. The cookware is not in usable condition and there are not enough plates, dishes and mugs.

Short stay after Thanksgiving
We found it OK for the 2 nights we stayed. I should have read the details more closely as all the steps were an issue, especially moving suitcases from the ground level to the bedrooms on the third level. The living room sofa is showing a lot of wear and had one noticeable tear.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay because the location was close to a lot of things we planned to do. The pool was nice and there was plenty of space at the condo. However, there are things that could be done to make it nicer. The 3rd room had an air mattress that deflated quickly. Having a real mattress In that room would be way better. Also, there wasn’t quite enough hand towels or bath towels. The beds were very comfy but the couch in the living room was VERY run down and over used. The kitchen chairs could use a deep cleaning or need re upholstered. If we knew the parking would be hard to get we would’ve probably stayed elsewhere. Brandon was nice and the price was reasonable!

Great Spot!
The space was exactly what we were hoping for and more! It’s close to the tempe market place, ASU Tempe, and it’s a short walk away from the Cubs Stadium! No problems while we were staying here but we knew that if we did have any, Brandon would be available to help! This was an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for the convenience of a nice stay!

Solid stay & great pools
Solid place to stay. There were a few things that happened that weren’t necessarily in Brandon’s control but did have an impact on our stay and thus reflects our rating. Nonetheless he did work to make things right. The pools are amazing! The condo is a short walk to Sloan park and many other attractions. We enjoyed most of our days hanging by the pool, working remotely, and relaxing. Can’t beat that! We did plan on doing a lot of cooking there. Once we arrived, we realized the kitchen didn’t have all the things a normal kitchen had for cooking. We managed to still get some cooking done. Overall happy with with our stay considering a few hurdles in the process. Thanks!
