The house was very specious. The staff would clean up bedding g and add new towels. The pool was convenient for super hot lazy afternoons.

The resort isn't an American style reaort so don't expect a resort like the ones in the states or Mexico but more like private villas. We had the three bedrooms villas that are very big, with big bathrooms. Staff is very nice but only one receptionist was able to speak or understand minimum English and he was very helpful. I wish I remember his name, he was a a young one. They offer breakfast but we never tried, you have tonlet them.know a day in advance if you wish to eat there. The beds are very comfortable and bedding was very nice and clean but the furniture and the floors need to be dusted. Toilets were very clean. The neighborhood is very safe but you need transportation to go around Phuket, you need it anyway no matter where you stay.
