Front staff was very friendly. Great view! Right after the view I turned around and well...it fell apart. 1. Who designed this? Nothing matches, nothing belongs together. Styles all over the place. Unattractive furnishing throughout. Couch had a paw print and dog hair on it. Nobody bothered to lift rug and sweep under it. Stove has burned in food in it, all over. Vent hood has greasy dust on top. Stove top has burned in food rings that WOULD come out with glass cook top cleaner and some scrubbing. NOTHING in the kitchen you might need. No ketchup,mustard, oil, or dressing, not 1 bottle of even water for when you arrive, never mind a some juice. Not a cookie to welcome you or even just a flower. NOTHING that says "Welcome" period. You get a pack of cheap coffee, a few bags of cheap tea and a few packs creamer and sugar. But the water from the tab tastes rusty and I had to dump the tea out as I had no bottled water. I don't remember EVEN seeing salt and pepper. The dishes are UGLY and cheap. The TV was a pain, remotes don't work right, TV's don't work right. just a never ending struggle. No user guides available. Mattress took me a good hour to find a comfortable spot, While it's nice that you can adjust the temperature for your place, there is NO separate heater in the bathroom, I ran the hair dryer while I was in the shower. NO FOOD or DRINKS available in hotel! Rooftop dog park is about 12x12 feet! Extremely overpriced. No effort noticeable.

This was my 2nd time booking at this location. The first time we enjoyed the experience and decided to stay here again. This time our experience was not pleasant. The unit next door partied extremely loudly until 3am. I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk. The party kept my family up all night. Also the unit didn’t have hot water. The fridge smelled like old fish and both TVs didn’t work. The building and amenities are very nice but unfortunately after this experience we will not be back.

Was sent messages saying room was ready for check in. Left where I was at went to desk told room wasn’t ready. So now I had luggage had to go somewhere and wait and then didn’t get a call for two hours. I believe they gave my room to someone else. Just not a great start to my weekend

The check in staff lady was awful! She clearly doesn’t like her job nor the customers! She was so cold and rude! She was on her personal cell phone & was just making faces of being annoyed while talking to a guest on the work phone

What a gem!! The suite is beautiful, comfortable, & well appointed. The living spaces are centrally located so easy walking.
