Went to check in and hotel says had no reservations. Had to pay for the room twice. Not to happy and will be in contact to get my money back

The sofa bed was dirty, the mattress in it is very stained and stiff and thin. could not sleep on it at all. Amenities were limited. Staff was rude at times and not very good at hospitality.

One of the worst places I've stayed in years. Had to take it due to lack of vacancies at Marriott or anywhere else in the area. The lobby and hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, my "non-smoking" room smelled bad and was dirty, the blanket actually had a cigarette burn. The internet kept failing during an online business meeting I had at 5:00AM. And the room still cost $175! Hopefully others learn from my experience

We arrived and were told they only had smoking rooms available . We booked a non smoking room just an hour before arriving. It was late and we had to scramble to find another room, which was more expensive.

The room itself had cobwebs all over the windows, including the bathroom. The bathtub was missing the stopper and one of the kitchen cabinets was off the hinge. I had to vacuum my own room after a request was submitted and was never delivered. This actually happened twice. Staff members are friendly but over all the room was in poor condition.
