We have long term off-season monthly rates starting October 7 through April, of $3500/month (if you book a minimum of 3 months). Summer of 2023 is also filling up very quickly, only 1 peak week still available. Don’t wait, we were completely booked by Last September for this summer. Reserve your stay for summer of 2023 before it gets taken!! We guarantee you a spotless and clean beach house for your summer vacation with your family. The entire house has been cleaned from top to bottom, and we will be adding an extra hour to our check in time, to ensure adequate cleaning is done prior to your check in. Our home is an oceanside 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom raised and completely renovated ranch is the perfect LBI beach house for you, your family and friends. It is a very short walk, only seven (7) houses to the beach WITHOUT the hassle of having to cross busy Long Beach boulevard. We have central air throughout the house and a Wi-Fi thermostat. Please note that you may set the thermostat to whatever temperature you would like, we do not place any restrictions on our guests as far as how cool they can keep the home. Our house is PET FRIENDLY, so feel free to bring along your pup since we know they are an important part of any family. Contact us with any other questions regarding our pet policy and our nonrefundable pet fee. Our house is Located on a 75’ x 100’ huge lot. We just added a new sitting space in the yard with a 16’ x 16’ paver patio and a beautiful wood pergola. The home features an open concept floor plan is very spacious, modern and well laid out. An open, spacious living room, dining room, sitting area, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a tasteful brand new kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances are the focal points of this beautiful house. Set off to one side is the master suite with a walk-in closet and master bath as well as a king bed. Located down another hallway, perfect for privacy and separation are three guest bedrooms and a full bathroom, including a junior master with a queen bed; and then two more guest bedrooms with twin over full bunk beds. The home is perfect for two families or a large group sleeping up to ten people comfortably. If you can’t find the duplex you were looking for, this is the perfect single family home for you and your family. The over-sized yard is ideal for pets or young ones. The yard is completely fenced in so that your dog can play and run around without any worries. There are two large and spacious decks (one off of the kitchen and the other off the dining room) which add to the outdoor space and are great for dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine or a beer. There is also an outdoor shower and a huge two car garage with nearly unlimited space that is ideal for beach toys of all sizes! Plenty of dining as well as ice cream and local LBI attractions within walking distance (Kubels II, pinky shrimps, Angelina’’s Cucina, skipper dipper ice cream and the custard hut are all within a few blocks of the house. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us and ask. We have 6 bikes and a hilarious 4 person surrey bike for your use and enjoyment. Please do not solely rent our home due to the fact that we offer bikes and a surrey. It is a long season and We cannot guarantee their condition or even if they’ll be working at the time of your arrival. There are six beach badges as well as 6 beach chairs for use. There is a Samsung HD flat screen in the living room, along with another flat screen in the master. We have Xfinity cable and High speed Wi-Fi. We look forward to having you and making our beach house as enjoyable for you as it is for us. **There will be a $500 refundable security deposit due no later than 30 days prior to Check in. My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Steve and Chelsea’s. The house was beautiful, spacious with a cozy layout. The location was perfect, away from crowds but close to everything. It was very pet friendly and we enjoyed sitting in the spacious yard. It was a happy week…and thank you to the owners for there hospitality.

The house is even nicer in person than on the pics, thank the gods, because it rained 4 out of 7 days. Even so, the house is well stocked with everything from a modern kitchen to games, movies and books. On those days when it's not raining, there are plenty of beach chairs and bikes. The house is a short walk to the ocean and bay and well located on LBI for access to shopping, restaurants and activities. The primary bedroom is spacious with an on-suite bath and walk-in closet. The great room furniture is comfortable and sturdy.

The property was so beautiful and SO CLEAN! We LOVED spending our nights outside with the beautiful lights and patio furniture. Steve and Chelsea were incredible hosts and provided so quick to respond!! This was an incredible first family vacation since COVID and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. We truly enjoyed our week. The home is close to beaches (both oceanside and bayside. It is well laid out & comfortably accommodated our group of 5 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. The beach chairs, umbrella & beach cart were in good condition & appreciated.

Wonderful Stay
This house was amazing. Very clean and very well stocked with all the amenities that are needed. It was great to have bikes, beach chairs, badges, beach cart, etc…. The kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of room for the family and the open concept was fantastic. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. Steve and Chelsea were easy to get a hold of. Finally, the location close to the beach was great. It was a short walk. Look forward to staying there again!!
