Come and enjoy your time at the beach with your family. Have your morning coffee on the balcony of our spacious, clean and airy 2 bedroom condo located 1 block from beach and 1 block from the bay. On the bay side is a kids playground and pier where you can go crabbing and fishing. Take your family for a bike ride to Island Beach State Park, less then one mile away where you can enjoy the beach while bird watching away from all the hustle and bustle. One mile further up is the famous Seaside Heights board walk where you can enjoy the famous NJ funnel cake, while your kids go on a ride or play skee ball at one of many arcades. This Condo is fully stocked with all you need for a beach vacation. We provide 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, linen and towels. We have free WiFi and cable TV. Since we have central heat and A/C you can enjoy my condo year round.

Great short stay!
My husband, sons and I stayed at Gabriele's place in Seaside Park for 2 nights. The location was perfect for us to be close to the beach, and also only a short drive to family we were visiting in Toms River. The weather wasn't the best (mostly rain), but on a better day/during the summer season, this location is pretty unbeatable. It is walkable to places to eat and both the bay and ocean beach. We will definitely stay there next time we visit the area.

We’re so happy we found Gabriele’s place on VRBO! Clean, roomy, convenient location, nice neighborhood, well supplied with everything we needed…it was perfect! The porch was a great place to sit with our cocktails in the evening and watch the world go by. Gabriele was very responsive to our questions and check in/check out was so easy. Great Experience
Wow! One of the best experiences we've had after many years of renting through VRBO. The owners, in particular, were exceptionally responsive. A month before our rental, I emailed them for info on how to access the apt. Within a few minutes, we received a welcoming letter with all the pertinent info, including the access code to the property. In the past, owners would wait until the last minute to give this info, causing undue anxiety. The owners also thoughtfully texted us to let us know that the apt. was ready for check-in at 11am, so we didn't have to wait until 3pm check-in time, giving us a whole extra afternoon at the beach. The apt. was lovely, well-located, 1 block to beach & 1 block to bay; 1/2 mile from Island Beach State Park, well-appointed, and well-equipped. Had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Look forward to returning.
