Rear door would not open with the key, luckily someone was going out. Fridge was very loud When it kicked in. Loud and unruly children running up and down halls

What i like best at this property is it was in a great location, accessible to restaurant, beltways, staff were respectful, availability of breakfast, not far from attractions such as Niagara Falls - about 20mins away. What i didn't like - nothing, can still improve.

This property was clean and looked great. The King bed was too soft. I’m a stomach sleeper and my back hurt every morning.

The gym was great, The staff was very nice, and overall it is a very nice hotel. Our particular room overlooked the pool which meant we heard the kids playing water game until 10:00 o'clock. The hotel was booked out but did not plan well for breakfast and ran out of a number of items. We received a receipt but was told that it was on hold for incidentals but we had not incidentals. The receipt was for Andrew Peller Reservations, 697 South Service Road, Grimsby, ON and the charge was $44.07. We have no idea what this is for since the only people we made reservations with was Travelocity. Is it common practice for Travelocity to have its customer pay a different agency for reservations?

Our poolside room was on the other side of the hotel, the elevator didn't work, our closet doors didn't work, the girl who worked in the pool area was like a drill sergeant. However, the breakfast was great, the staff friendly, and it was easy off the Interstate
