When I checked in the attendent was arguing with some tweeker insisting that he and his buddy, hanging out on the stairs be givin a room. This went on for a while.

I felt very unsafe here. The front counter staff was extremely helpful, but I couldn't handle the location. After one night of not sleeping because of the constant door slamming, car honks and other loud noises outside my door, I ended up switching hotels.

Hi Megan, We are very sorry you felt unsafe at our location. We do have many guests that come in at all times of the day and so it is a little harder to control the noise. Next time please let us know and we can put you in the corner room so it’s a little better.

The check-in staff was very friendly and had suggestions for dining when I asked. My room was attractive and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property is brightly lit and feels safe.

Hi Purina, We do apologize for the noise. We try to keep it down as much as we can, but having the restaurant next door doesn't help. Next time, we can move you to another room or put you in a room in the corner so that it is less noisy.
