Welcome to "Up The Beach"! This 3-Bedroom Hampton Beach cottage has been completely renovated including central AC! Tiled Shower and Granite Counters. The view from the back deck is amazing. You can sit and watch the river as boats come and go. Fantastic Sunsets. View of the Fireworks. All within walking distance of the sand and all the amenities that Hampton Beach has become renowned for. The cottage is located in a single family home environment which equates to peace and serenity -- exactly what people come to the beach for.

"Up The Beach" features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. A cozy living room for watching the Red Sox on the 60” flat screen Smart tv and a front screen porch for playing cards or talking with family on a summer evening! Everything is brand new from the stainless steel appliances to brand new mattresses. The back deck overlooks the harbor and has a gas grille for summer cookouts and cocktails with friends. There is also an outside shower to rinse off that Hampton sand. You will truly feel at "home" in this cozy cottage by the sea!

Beautiful cottage with the best of both worlds
My family and I had a fantastic stay! The cottage was just as pictured and was so peaceful and tranquil. It was a great escape at the end of the day, yet still very convenient to the beach and the boardwalk.

Stunning Stay!
I have been coming to Hampton Beach for 35 yrs and have rented at various locations. This location is nothing short of stunning! Easily the most beautiful, comfortable, stay I have ever had at Hampton. The location is perfect - away from the hustle, making it peaceful and quite at night but just a short walk to the beach making our beach trips super easy with a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old in tow. The view was incredible. The listing was exact as stated, even better actually! The central air was a savior during the heat wave. Even having the two TVs with kid channels was a life savor. To top it off, the neighbors were wonderful! I could go on and on how great this place was. It was home away from home. I can not thank Marybeth enough for sharing her property with us and hoping this will be our forever vacation home.

Clean, cozy and well decorated!
What a great place! A hidden gem! A short walk to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip when you want to wind down from the day. The cottage had plenty of room for our family of four plus a friend for each of our teenagers for a couple nights. The backyard is amazing, so peaceful and quiet. So many different birds to watch throughout the day and being able to kayak the marshes was an added bonus. Marybeth was very responsive for the one question we had. We would definitely rent again! Great location two blocks from the beach and the boardwalk!!! House was so peaceful on the back deck overlooking the boats on the water. A fantastic getaway look forward to doing it again next year
