We were ‘upgraded’ but not sure what we were upgraded from as the room we got was overlooking a roof with no view, there was absolutely nothing ‘Upgraded’about this room. The products for the bathroom didn’t even match(shampoo, conditioner or cream) there was 1 pillow in the room for 2 people. Our friends had a regular room and their room was a suite compared to ours. The floor was extremely loud. I called to complain a few times, but nothing happened. For our first outing since COVID, I’m very disappointed. Just extremely disappointed and not satisfied, at all. Not with the $190 that we paid. At all. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all.

very good location

Pros: location and view
Cons: the food. why don't marriott's have dessert on room service menus?
Location: Within easy driving distance of most sights on the island.
near businesses and nice walks, both scenic and historic. Easy drive to the other sights on the Island. Best part was the views of the harbor.

Nice hotel located right on the downtown waterfron

Pros: Great location and beautiful, spacious rooms.
Cons: It's pricey, especially when you add parking. YGWYPF.
Location: Right on the downtown waterfront. Nice restaurants nearby.
While pricey, this hotel is very nice and located in a perfect spot, right on the waterfront in downtown Charlottetown. Spacious room with excellent appointments. Great view. Good internet access. Parking is extra in the co-located underground garage, so take that into account when comparing prices.
