The pricing was good however the rooms are in need of updates, furnishings were chipped, flooring was worn, electric baseboard heater in bathroom was rusty, bedding was a base sheet, 1 top sheet and a very thin waffle style blanket. The advertised free grab & go breakfast was a fruit cup, juice box, bottled water & granola bar, the alterative to that was $5 off at the restraunt for each person in the room...my husband had a waffle with a side of bacon & coffee while I had 2 eggs,2 strips of bacon, 1 sausage & 1/2 a slice of ham with coffee. After the 2 $5 vouchers it was still $28 !!! Combine that with half the pool/hot tub features not working it was very disappointing.

Our keys had to be programed 3 times we had no house keeping first day.had to requezt extra towels first night .the air conditioner did not work.when told the girls at desk no we are sorry or nothing on check out when I mentioned this her response was oh your room was prepaid so you are good to go.I was awed at the poor customer service

We asked for the family suite with 2 bedrooms. Picture showed a living area that had fridge, table and kitchen area. We got 2 bedrooms. Enter from door into main bedroom with mini fridge and tv then into next room with bathroom and other beds. No living area. so not sure how that's called a suite. Outside window latches broken. Dark and only a lamp in corner for light. Pool and hot tub closed and empty. Broken probably like a lot of things in the complex. Didn't get the Sunday brunch which should've been complimentary but got squished croissants and cereal and warm juice.. Has gone downhill since it first opened. Was an oasis, now it's dusty, dark and everything needs repairs. OH DID I FORGET TO MENTION THE WATERSLIDES WERE CLOSED. That fail to mention all the amenities that aren't available. They says renos, but they were doing renos for past 2 years. Gave them a couple tries over the years but nope, nothing is being fixed, just getting worse.

The desk service at check in , I had to move rooms after sleeping for 4 hours, packed up my room and was going to check out, the lady at the desk saying d she was going to refund my money for one day but did not! The food and service in the restaurant was horrible, charged my children for sitting down and they did not eat!
