Walk in shower had only 1 door, handle in the shower was loose and the mattress was old putting a valley in the middle

This property is very cost effective, however, I was not told upon check in that the cleaning staff were on Covid work schedule and that my room would not be attended during my entire stay. It would not have been an issue had I been told and prepared for it. My bathroom was not clean when I arrived. I cleaned what I could, however mirrors were left to the cleaning staff. Bath tub still has bathtub ring as well.

The rooms have been recently updated. The restaurant was very good and the cost was relatively low. It’s not perfect, but it is a darn good value. Good staff also.

Dear Guest, Thanks for staying with us. We apologize for your less than satisfactory stay with us. Here We want to mention that , we did not charge you any extra amount for pet fee, actually it was supposed to be $25 per pet. But they were too little so we waived $10. We hope we get another chance to serve you better.
